Shipping & Return Policies
We do our very best to get orders out in a timely fashion and currently are able to offer same day shipping on in-stock items for orders placed before noon CST. Orders placed after noon will go into the next day's shipment. We ship everyday except Sunday (USPS is closed!); therefore, if you place an order on a Saturday after noon cst your order will then ship out on Monday.
Our standard shipping is through USPS First Class & Priority Mail (depending on order size/weight)
Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days to arrive!
We will email you a tracking # once your order is packed up so you can easily track the status of your order.
We do accept returns with FREE return shipping on items with the following requirements:
1.) Item(s) must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with any tags still attached
2.) Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging including the provided packing list. If the packaging was damaged during shipping transit & is beyond your control or if you have misplaced the packing list, contact us to discuss options.
3.) We do NOT accept returns on the following items: bath & body goods, aromatherapy items, food items, original paintings on canvas or wood, seasonal/holiday items, items marked as FINAL SALE, and any/all custom made items.
4.) You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return your items.
5.) We are happy to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label, just be sure to contact us with your name & the email associated with the order to proceed. You will be required to print out and attach the label to the package yourself.
6.) Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation within 2-5 business days with an approval or rejection for your return.
If approved, your original payment method will be credited within 2-5 business days.
Please note we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. The USPS will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. We are also NOT responsible for items marked "delivered" by the post office. You will need to contact USPS or your local delivery driver if your order shows delivered, but you have yet to receive it.
At this time we do not offer exchanges, you will need to place a new, separate order.
Once an order is placed, we also do not offer order cancellations. If your order has yet to ship & you no longer need/want the items, we can offer you store credit. Please contact us to discuss further.
